SF Weekly’s All Shook Down is reporting that 12 Galaxies, the Mission venue named in honor of Frank Chu, is closing it’s doors. 12 Galaxies has been home to many great music and performance events, as well as The Ask Dr. Hal Show. Owner Robert Levy is closing the venue for financial reasons.

The last 12 Galaxies show will be on August 28th featuring the band Big Light.
