Vaulted Willow, A Playful Pavilion Made of Colorful Metal Shingles

Vaulted Willow Pavilion

Vaulted Willow is a sculptural pavilion made of colorful aluminum shingles. The building is a self-supported structure, in that the shingles form both the skin and structure of the pavilion. Vaulted Willow is located at Borden Park in Edmonton, Canada. It was designed by architect Marc Fornes of THEVERYMANY and commissioned by the Edmonton Arts Council.
