‘Todas Las Estrellas Están Muertas’, A Film That Uses Vertical Video to Enter Into the Sad Lives of Other People

The official trailer has been released for Todas Las Estrellas Están Muertas (“All the Stars are Dead”), an interesting film that uses the oft-maligned concept of the vertical video as a tool to enter into the sad and strange lives of other people. The film is about a group of actors who steal phones and use their social media profiles to study these subjects. They proceed to replace them in their lives to reenact moments of solitude and wait. Here is a preview we’ve made focusing on their relationships inside the house they inhabit.
