The Tobii EyeX is a controller by eye-tracking technology company Tobii that uses–as the company’s focus might suggest–eye-tracking technology to drive games and apps. The hardware uses the Tobii EyeX Engine to perform tasks typically relegated to a mouse like clicking, scrolling, and zooming. The controller is currently available to purchase online.
Tobii also teamed with SteelSeries for the SteelSeries Sentry, an eye-tracking device specifically designed for gaming.
Tested got their hands on the device at CES 2015 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
