“To Save the Cheetah” is a photo documentary project by Marcy Mendelson about Africa’s most endangered big cat. She will travel to Africa to photograph cheetahs and document the issues surrounding their declining population. She will publish updates on her website Cheetah-Watch as well as National Geographic News Watch, and after the expedition she’ll be creating a cheetah photo book. Mendelson is raising funds for the project on Kickstarter.
