TipTop is a service built by Betaworks that allows users to search for the best thing in a given neighborhood. For example, you can search for the best burger in Williamsburg or the best haircut in the Upper East Side, and also tell others what you think is the best pizza in the West Village. The service has just launched for the New York City area.
