Photographer Jens Heidler of Another Perspective (previously) captured the remarkable process of a variety of mushrooms growing from single blocks of spores into beautifully matured caps over the course of 20 days through macro timelapse photography. Included in this harvest were Shiitake, Lion’s Mane, and King Oyster mushrooms.
