Over the course of 90 days, James Knott recorded a time-lapse video of grapes turning into raisins.
This video took over 3 months to shoot. I shot it with a Sony VX2100 mini dv video camera in “interval record” mode. The camera shot a half second of video every 10 minutes. In total, I had over 90 minutes of tape that I condensed to 30 seconds.
