The World’s Smallest Roadworthy Car

In this video by Guinness World Records, mechanic Austin Coulson shows off his incredibly tiny yet street legal car, which at just over 4 feet long, is the world’s smallest roadworthy car. In order to be street legal, the car includes a tiny windshield with wipers, turn signals, and a seatbelt. According to Coulson it gets about 45 miles per gallon (though the gas tank is only a half gallon).
