The Walking Dead star Norman Reedus (Daryl Dixon) was recently given a scare when a one-armed zombie jumped out and began crawling toward him. Norman was preparing for an interview in Tokyo when the prank took place. 17-year-old internet prankster Nick Santonastasso dressed up as the zombie to help cast member Andrew Lincoln (Rick Grimes) and special effects expert Greg Nicotero bring the stunt to life. Nick was born with only one arm due to Hanhart syndrome, a rare birth defect that causes malformed limbs. Season four of AMC’s The Walking Dead returns with episode nine on Sunday, February 9, 2014.
