For their latest Guide to Travel, Vice visited The Kingdom of the Little People, a theme park in Kunming, China that has become the source of international controversy. Opened in 2009, critics have compared The Kingdom of the Little People to a “human zoo,” for its treatment of its staff of more than 100 employees with dwarfism, all of whom are smaller than 51 inches.
