The SBU is an electric self-balancing unicycle by Focus Designs that allows riders to propel themselves forward, steer, and stop simply by leaning. The latest version of the SBU has a top speed of 12.5mph and features regenerative braking that helps maintain a charge longer.
The SBU was featured in a recent vlog entry by filmmaker Casey Neistat wherein Neistat and friends have mixed results as they attempt to ride the device around New York City.
