The New York Times is asking New Yorkers to share their stories about walking in New York City for an upcoming issue of The New York Times Magazine. Readers can visit a special map page set up by the Times to mark a specific location, select an image of it from Google Street View, and share a brief 500-character blurb describing what the place means to them.
The issue, titled “Walking New York,” features a cover illustrated by artist JR, and will feature selected submissions.
