How to Cook Everything series author Mark Bittman recently wrote a short piece for The New York Times titled The Everyday, Anytime Egg-Combination Generator. It discusses the simple but satisfying combinations that can be made with eggs and is visually represented with this great online egg combination poster.
If you can cook an egg, you can cook breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks — not only for yourself but for almost anyone else. There are things that turn people off at different times of day, but unless you’re a vegan, an egg is not likely to be one of them.
