The cast of Star Trek Beyond remember late and great Leonard Nimoy as “an actor, a champion of the arts, and a true inspiration to so many” in a touching tribute video supporting a cause that Nimoy cared very much about. The tribute was lead by Zachary Quinto, the actor who portrayed Spock in the most recent Star Trek films, and part of an Omaze campaign helping nine charities. One of the supported charities is for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, which was very special to Nimoy.
