In this quirky promotional video, Sir Richard Branson announces details of a new in-flight service on his airline Virgin America called “Seat-to-Seat Delivery.” He suggests that travelers can make a love connection by using their touch screen entertainment system to send drinks, snacks, and meals to strangers. After a treat is sent, they can increase their chances of “getting lucky” and “follow up with a text message using the seat-to-seat chat function.” This first-of-its-kind service recently kicked off on a flight from Los Angeles to Las Vegas and is now available on flights nationwide.
