‘Spark: A Burning Man Story’ Now in Select U.S. Theaters & Available To Download Online

Spark

Spark: A Burning Man Story, the feature documentary film directed by Steve Brown and Jessie Deeter that goes “behind the curtain with Burning Man organizers and participants” is now showing in select U.S. theaters. The film is also now available to download at iTunes, Amazon, and Google Play. Laughing Squid partner John Law has a significant role in the film and there is a really great segment on the Cacophony Society.

Burning Man, the annual weeklong experiment in community, art, and radical self-expression, has grown famous for inspiring ordinary people to shed their 9-to-5 existence and act on their dreams. Spark: A Burning Man Story goes behind the scenes of the event, following Burning Man organizers and participants as they prepare and plan the yearly experience. The doc reveals the dedication and organization that go into making the “anything goes” occasion a success, and sheds light on the obstacles the organizers face moving forward. This is an eye-opening look at a life-changing experience.
