Rick & Morty Faithfully Reenact a Bizarre, Profanity Filled Court Case in Georgia Word-for-Word

On June 17, 2016, in the case State of Georgia vs. Denver Fenton Allen, the defendant was seeking a new public defender because he felt uncomfortable with the one he currently had. Floyd County Superior Court Judge Bryant Durham denied his motion and the case just devolved from there. Allen called the judge names, threatened his family and cursed while Durham sentenced the defendant to ten years of contempt, yelled at him and challenged the defendant to pleasure himself in the courtroom. It only got worse from there and made a word-for-word animated re-enactment ripe for the picking, which was successfully accomplished by the creators of Rick & Morty for Adult Swim.

A faithful, word-for-word recreation of one colorful day in the American court system.
