‘Return To The Origin,’ A Room-Sized Incredibly Intricate Salt Art Installation Created in Tokyo by Yamamoto Motoi

Back in 2012 we first posted about the breathtaking salt art installations of Japanese artist Yamamoto Motoi. He recently created a new installation, Return To The Origin, that spans an entire room at the Pola Museum Annex in Tokyo. As in his previous works, the installation is made up of incredibly delicate patterns that are created by Motoi in an improvisational process. Photographer Cédric Riveau was on hand to shoot these photos of the installation.
