In a preview clip from the upcoming SyFy movie The Magicians, Quentin Coldwater (Jason Ralph) performs some real “goddamn magic” at his entrance exam to Brakebills College for Magical Pedagogy. The clip recently premiered at San Diego Comic-Con.
The film, directed by Mike Cahill (I Origins, Another Earth), is adapted from Lev Grossman‘s Magicians trilogy of novels will premiere on SyFy in 2016.
