Pranksters in Franklin, Ohio recently planted a tree between the pitcher’s mound and home plate at a local high school’s baseball field. The 25-foot-tall tree was discovered the morning of Saturday, May 9, 2015 and was eventually removed by the city.

Michael Sander, Franklin School District Superintendent, said Tuesday the school administration is working to try and figure out who was behind the prank.

“I understand senior pranks,” he said, but vandalism or criminal damaging cannot be condoned or tolerated.
