Pop-Up Studio, an art group in Scranton, Pennsylvania, is encouraging locals to celebrate the city’s numerous potholes with Pothole Popup, a photo contest that challenges people to decorate the road hazards with whimsical installations. Entries are being accepted through May 15, 2014.
