Partly Cloudy is an amusing animation that was written and directed by Peter Sohn in 2009 for Pixar Animation Studios, that tells the story of a cloud that makes babies of all species, the dutiful stork who faithfully delivers them to their awaiting parents, and the incredible friendship that exists between the two.
