Ordinary New Yorkers Invited to Play Orchestra Conductor in Improv Everywhere Mission

In a mission by Improv Everywhere, a Carnegie Hall orchestra set up on a Manhattan plaza and, with a sign on a podium that read “Conduct Us,” invited ordinary New Yorkers to play conductor. Over the course of the day, some 30 New Yorkers took part. The mission was created in collaboration with Carnegie Hall and Ensemble ACJW.
