Open Mind Series, Gorgeously Disturbing Porcelain Mask Sculptures That Bend the Mind

Hong Kong artist Johnson Tsai has created a gorgeous series of visually disturbing porcelain face mask sculptures in which the visage is being stretched or manipulated in different ways, demonstrating the fluid nature of self. Entitled the “Open Mind Series“, Tsai finished these pieces at the end of 2016.

I have completed my latest work ‘Open Mind Series’ just before 2017. What a perfect ending of the year. Thanks 2016!
