New World Record for Fastest Time to Solve a 3x3x3 Rubik’s Cube Set at 5.253 Seconds

At a competition held at Central Bucks West High School in Doylestown, Pennsylvania, 2014 U.S. National Champion Collin Burns set the new world record for the fastest time solving a 3x3x3 Rubik’s Cube with an incredible 5.253 seconds. This beats the previous world record of 5.55 seconds set by Mats Valk at the Zonhoven Open in 2013.
