Mariposa Absinthe is a organic absinthe that is made entirely of west coast ingredients, from its grape spirit base to its many botanicals. The absinthe is currently under development by Oakland-based absinthe enthusiast Absinthia, who will be bottling it under her brand Absinthia’s Bottled Spirits. Absinthia is raising funds for the project on Indiegogo. She expects Mariposa Absinthe to go on sale this fall.
