Filmmaker Dean Fleischer-Camp and comedian Jenny Slate have released the third installment of Marcel the Shell With Shoes On, their popular stop-motion animated short film series. Slate voices Marcel, a shell with shoes on, who asks and responds to questions from Fleischer-Camp.
Fleischer-Camp and Slate have also created a new Marcel book, Marcel the Shell: The Most Surprised I’ve Ever Been, which is scheduled to release on October 21st, 2014.
The first Marcel the Shell With Shoes On short was released in 2010 and a follow-up short was released the following year.
