Lost Vegas, A Bizarro Casino Event and Camp Tipsy Fundraiser in San Francisco

Lost Vegas

Lost Vegas is a bizarro casino event taking place on May 3, 2014 in a soon-to-be torn down building in San Francisco’s Mission District. The event will feature whimsical remixes of casino games, like “Rat Roulette” and “The Wheel of SMUT.” The location will be released to ticket holders on the day of the event—tickets can be purchased via Eventbrite. Lost Vegas is a fundraiser for the art grant fund for Camp Tipsy, a raucous camping and boat building event that takes place on July 7, 2014 in Lodoga, California. Both events are produced by the San Francisco Institute of Possibility, an art group directed by Chicken John.

Back by unpopular indifference, Lost Vegas is the original show of schmoes. It’s a casino environment where you get to really gamble! To win fabu-less prizes! Here’s how it works: you buy some chips at the door, you visit the games… place your bets and win BIG!!!! Take your chips to the Redemption Center, where you talk to Tracey and Don who lets ya take home a few choice pieces of prize… It’s fun!
