YouTube user paavi2005 has posted a surprisingly cathartic supercut of The Joy of Painting host Bob Ross cleaning off his brush. The act provided the calming 1980s television personality a rare opportunity to blow off a little steam.
If you’ve painted with me before, you know this is the fun part of this whole technique. We wash our brushes with odorless thinner, shake them off and just beat the devil out of them. And that’s where you take out your hostilities and frustrations. It’s a lot of fun.
