On a recent edpisode of Jimmy Kimmel Live, host Jimmy Kimmel chose his favorite video clip of the year for 2013. He and his team reviewed tons of clips pulled from the web and from TV to find the perfect video. The winning clip was of a boss who was super scared when one of his employees leaped up from a box as he walked by. After declaring the winner, Kimmel surprisingly brought the boss out on stage to present him with a trophy and another surprise.
