Interstellar, A Sci-Fi Film by Christopher Nolan About Space Explorers Who Travel Through a Wormhole

Warner Bros. has released a teaser trailer for Interstellar, an upcoming sci-fi film by director Christopher Nolan (Inception, The Dark Knight Trilogy) about a team of space explorers who travel through a wormhole. According to The Hollywood Reporter, “there may be some sort of time-travel involved.” The film stars Matthew McConaughey, Anne Hathaway, Michael Caine, Wes Bentley, Bill Irwin, and Jessica Chastain. Interstellar is set to be released on November 7th, 2014.

In the future, governments and economies across the globe have collapsed, food is scarce, NASA is no more, and the 20th Century is to blame. A mysterious rip in spacetime opens and it’s up to whatever is left of NASA to explore and offer up hope for mankind. Mainly based on the scientific theories and script treatment of renowned theoretical physicist, Kip Thorne.
