Interesting Facts About 432 Park Avenue, The Tallest Residential Building in the Western Hemisphere

Mashable has created a short video exploring some interesting facts about 432 Park Avenue (previously), the incredibly tall Manhattan apartment tower set to become the Western Hemisphere’s tallest residential apartment building when it officially opens in the spring of 2015.

The building sways four to five feet. The 84th floor penthouse sold for around $95 million

At 1,396 feet, 432 Park Avenue is the second-tallest building in New York City (after One World Trade Center) and the third tallest in the United States (after Chicago’s Willis Tower).
