Emily Schuman of Cupcakes & Cashmere fell in love with the look of some beautiful bottle stoppers by Michael C. Fina, but didn’t love the price tag, so she came up with a quick, inexpensive way to recreate the look in her own home. Using cork bottle stoppers, some craft glue, and flat-bottomed mineral and crystal specimens, Schuman created bottle stoppers that can be put together easily to dress up bottles for holiday parties or to give as gifts to a cocktail aficionado.
