Tipsy & Ponggo of Googly Gooeys visited Chef Marc Chalopin of the Enderun Colleges and learned his cronut (the popular croissant/donut hybrid pastry) recipe and illustrated this cute comic detailing the steps. At their site, they share the recipe along with plenty of photos of the cronut-making process and report that making cronuts is “actually more complicated than you think.”
