Gorgeous Vertical Panoramas That Offer an Extraordinary View of Churches Around the World

Sedlec Cathedral, Kutna Hora, Czech Republic

Photographer Richard Silver has created the amazing photo series “Vertical Churches” that encompasses absolutely gorgeous vertical panoramas of the beautifully ornate houses of worship that he’s visited around the world. Silver started this project in 2012 in his hometown of New York City and has since visited at least 75 countries and 220 cities.

Back in 2012 I figured out this unique way of photographing Churches, it all started in New York. Since then I have traveled to many different cities and countries around the world and have continued to work on this project. This is many of my completed works over the past year or so.
