Fred Armisen of Portlandia fame narrated this animated version of If You Give a Mouse an iPhone: A Cautionary Tail, the new book released under children’s author David Milgrim‘s clever pseudonym Ann Droyd (previously). The book, styled like Laura Joffe Numeroff‘s classic If You Give a Mouse a Cookie, warns of how much fun in life can be missed when an iPhone holds one’s attention too long.
If you give in to temptation and give a bored little mouse your iPhone, even for ten minutes, he’s probably going to beam to some faraway place beyond time, space, and the sound of your pleading voice. And if he’s that far gone, he won’t have any idea what’s going on around him, and he might end up missing out on all the real fun.
The book was released by Blue Rider Press last month and is available on Amazon.
