“Field of light” is a lighting installation by artist Bruce Munro that is an array of 5,000 fiber optic bulbs of light attached to flower-like stems. The bulbs turn on at night and create elaborate lighting patterns. The installation is currently on display at the Holburne Museum in Bath, England through January 8, 2012. Munro has installed “Field of light” at several different venues, including this beautiful display at Long Knoll, Wilshire.
