Timelapse Showing the Changing Colors of Central Park

The trees of New York City’s Central Park transition from the greens of summer through the oranges of fall to the browns of winter in the incredible timelapse “Fall” by Jamie Scott. Scott recorded the time-lapses over the course of 6 months, photographing twice a week at sunrise in 15 locations around the park. In order to create the seamless color changing sequences in the final video, Scott had to maintain the same camera settings and positions for each location throughout the project. The video took one year to complete.
