Facebook has launched a new dedicated app for accessing groups, appropriately titled Facebook Groups, that will allow users to access and manage their groups without having to navigate to them in the main Facebook app. Facebook groups allow users to share posts, photos, and other information in a group that is separate from their main feed.
Users can still access their group pages through the main Facebook app or desktop site, but the Facebook Group app offers easier access to managing those groups for frequent group users. There is also a “Discover” tab in the app for finding new relevant Facebook groups.
The Facebook Group app is available now for iOS and Android.
