“Epic 2015” is a 2005 short film by Robin Sloan and Matt Thompson that offers a series of slightly concerning tech predictions for the year 2015. At this point, in the actual year 2015, it serves as a sort of alternate timeline where Google and Amazon merged into the terrifying “Googlezon” in 2008. The film is a followup to “Epic 2014,” a similar film they created from 2004 with slightly fewer predictions.
