Hundreds of light bulbs are suspended in the dusty expanse of a historic English workshop in “Ephemeral Rays,” a site-specific installation by Charlotte Smith. The installation was part of “Joining The Docks,” a degree show for University of Kent art students that took place at the Chatham Historic Dockyard in summer 2013.
