Australian documentary photographer Mark Tipple created a beautiful short documentary film titled “Duct Tape Surfing” about Pascale Honore, the wheelchair-bound woman who goes surfing strapped to the back of her friend using duct tape.
18 years ago a slight lapse in concentration crushed Pascale’s dreams of surfing. With the help of a family friend and a roll of duct tape; she can now call herself a surfer.
