While on location in San Juan Islands, the adventurous Coyote Peterson of Brave Wilderness and his team set out on a kayaking adventure where they came upon a bloom of moon jellyfish. Not one to ever let an opportunity slip through his fingers, Peterson reached his hand into the water and scooped up one of the translucent beings just to see if he’d get stung. He didn’t.
