When the MTA banned dogs from the subway system unless they could fit into a bag, many New Yorkers came up with creative ways to address this very unspecific rule. One such example of this is Maxine the Fluffy Corgi and her beloved human filmmaker Bryan Reisberg, who is more than happy to carry her around Manhattan in a comfy pack he wears on his back.
