Clever Man Figures Out How to Deep Fry Water

Jonathan Marcus recently figured out how to deep fry water by forming a calcium alginate membrane around the water, rolling it around in flour, egg, and Panko, then dipping it in 375° peanut oil. According to Jonathan, it is a very dangerous process and the end product does not taste very good at all. He prepared dozens of the deep fried water balls for the Stupid Shit No One Needs and Terrible Ideas Hackathon that took place in San Francisco last month.
