Church of the Subgenius presents A Night of Cool Shit on October 9th at Wonderland Collective in Astoria, Queens.
Expected blasphemies at the event will include religious preaching and ranting, healings and sickenings, a traditional Short Duration Mass Marriage (and one marriage sanctioned by the State of New York), bands, alcoholic beverages, electronic music and noise, possessions, exorcisms, and tithing for religious writings and garb. New York cells of the Tea Party are expected to hold protests due to the fact that the Devival will take place within striking distance of Ground Zero.
