Blue Bottle Coffee barista Daniel Lee spent over 100 hours meticulously replicating Blue Bottle’s Mint Plaza café in LEGO blocks. The miniature café includes LEGO espresso and cold-brew coffee machines and a coat rack complete with the hat of a regular customer.
