A giant baby panda born at the Taipei Zoo met its mother, Yuan Yuan, for the first time over a month after it was born. The two have been separated since the cub’s birth to prevent Yuan Yuan from potentially smothering or eating the cub, nicknamed Yuan Tsai until zoo patrons finish voting on a name. In this adorable video of their reunion, Yuan Yuan scoops her cub off the floor and cuddles it closely.
