On Wednesday artist and hacker KATSU used a modified drone to deface a giant Calvin Klein billboard in SoHo. Armed with red spray paint, KATSU’s DJI Phantom drone painted several red lines across the face of model Kendall Jenner. KATSU unveiled the spray paint drone last year when he used the device to paint on canvases. The Calvin Klein defacement is KATSU’s first use of the drone for vandalism, and as WIRED reports, the first use of a drone in a “major act of vandalism.”
